Mr. Gillette practices in the fields of civil litigation, the formation and maintenance of corporations and other business entities, estate planning, real estate, and environmental law.

Mr. Gillette is a long-time board member of the Wolverine World Wide Family YMCA.  As a member of the First United Methodist Church of Grand Rapids, he is currently Chair of the Trustees of the church and is a regular member of mission teams to Nicaragua.  He is an avid trout fisherman.
